My worst date on VDAy was when he took me bowling. It was not fun at all.

My worst date on Valentines Day was when he gave me a box of Dark Chocolates (which he knows I hate) and suggested that we just hang out at his house so I could watch him play his new video games, because he didn’t want to deal with going to a crowded restaurant and waiting in line.
January 30, 2015
My worst Valentine’s Day date was when he took me to a restaurant and they messed up our order. After that we got into an argument and he took me home early.

Worst V-Day was when I had to help my friend out with setting up a beautiful dinner for her boyfriend when I had just broken up with mine. There’s nothing less fun than seeing other people so happy when you arent 🙁

I have never had a bad Valentines Day, my husband always gives me chocolate!!
January 31, 2015
no awkward dates really, but trying to figure out gifts (did he get one at all, do I need to get him one) is awful
January 31, 2015
It’s awkward that I don’t get anything for Valentines Day! BooHoo!
January 31, 2015
I don’t really have a worst Valentine’s to share. I rarely dated in High school and my husband is always wonderful at treating me all year long.

The best was a trip to Florida for a surprise weekend. Totally unexpected and fun filled!

While not meant for me, my most awkward vday gift was definitely when my daughter’s boyfriend sent her a package to my address instead of her college dorm. I thought maybe it was a prize I had won under her name or something she had ordered for me as it felt like a hair product. I opened one end and… ummmm… it was the length of a shampoo bottle but uhhh… I stopped looking. And asked that he warn me if he has anything shipped here again. :C

My worst date was a blind date on Valentine’s Day. Not the right night to start with someone. Not good looking and to top it off he had bad breath.

I hate to be a cheeseball, but my husband and I always have a great valentine’s day! We put no pressure on it, and just spend time together. Usually an old movie on the couch 🙂
February 1, 2015
a reused valentine’s day card has to be the worst i got!
February 1, 2015
Thankfully, I don’t recall ever having anything bad happen on Valentine’s Day lol.
February 1, 2015
I haven’t had a bad Valentine’s date because I haven’t been out on a Valentine’s date in over 30 years. My husband is not romantic at all!
February 1, 2015
My worst Valentine’s Day date would be this year since I dont have one at all…
February 1, 2015
Well, I rarely have a Valentine so I guess every Valentine’s day is the worst for me.
February 2, 2015
My weirdest gift was golf clubs……..I don’t know how to play golf.
February 2, 2015
I have never had a bad Valentine’s Day; my parents always spoil me and I’ve never had a boyfriend around that time of the year!!!
February 2, 2015
An awkward date was seeing Taken at the movies- not very romantic
February 2, 2015
Blind dates are always crazy. One guy was drunk and mean.
February 3, 2015
Not necessarily a ‘date’ story but it happened on vday ha:
In college I had been seeing this guy- not super serious or anything but definitely seeing each other. His fraternity had a formal coming up and ON Valentine’s day, their pledges came over to our sorority to call girls down and formally invite them on behalf of the guys. I went down there like 1,000,000% sure I was getting an invitation and they didn’t call my name… Instead he asked a friend of mine. AWKWARD and yeah, we didn’t talk after that ha!
Great giveaway Lisa! x
February 3, 2015
Seriously… I married my EX husband on Valentine’s Day. Should have known then!! LOL
February 3, 2015
To be honest, I havent had any awkward valentines day!
February 3, 2015
Hmm, how about the guy who just shows up wherever you are & assumes you are on a date with him. Is that awkward enough, lol?
February 3, 2015
The most awkward Valentine’s Day I ever had was when I broke up with my boyfriend the week before but he still came over on V Day to give me my gift. It was actually a super sweet, thoughtful gift, but I wasn’t ready to be in a relationship so there was no chance of us getting back together over it. Just an awkward moment.
February 4, 2015
Oh! I was dating a guy and found out that he “didn’t believe” in Valentine’s day because it’s a fake, commercial holiday. Wow.
February 4, 2015
Nothing horrible happened, I just never had a date , so maybe that qualifies? lOl.
February 4, 2015
Worst valentines was when he forgot and tried to cover up by an impromtu romantic dinner of course everything was packed and we waited in the cold for an hour.. FAIIILLL
February 4, 2015
I had one boyfriend who didn’t do anything for me on V-day and actually hung out with his friends instead. Needless to say, things ended shortly after.
February 5, 2015
I haven’t had a horrible valentines date so to speak but I was in a serious relationship for about 8 years and he NEVER bought gifts or hardly ever, anyway, on valentines day, while we were home, or at my house he would talk about how glad WE were that we weren’t waiting in line to get a seat at a restaurant (that’s why reservations were invented duh), or wasn’t I glad he hadn’t bought chocolate because he knew I always watched my weight, etc… Just on and on and on. I would finally say I had heard all my reasons for gratitude that he didn’t get me anything. Anyway, I enjoyed reading the others. I think a re-used valentine card is pretty bad …. Poor dear. Thanks so much for the giveaway.

I’ve had fights on V-day when I was younger and still dating but nothing really stands out.
