Isn’t this a fun combination? For this look I paired a vintage chiffon secretary blouse with some polka dot pants that I scored on sale from Windsor last year. A few pops of hot pink (even on the aviator sunglasses!) give it a playful edge. I adore the black accent cuffs and tie on the blouse, and I have to say that polka dots are surprisingly figure slimming!
